Lawrence Park is a historic neighborhood located in the Bronxville area of Eastchester, New York. Housing 94 buildings of historical or architectural significance, Lawrence Park was originally developed by Willaim Van Duzer Lawerence during the end of the 19th century and beginning of the 20th century. It was officially added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1980 which has ensured that the ambience of the neighborhood remained.

Roadways such as Cross Country Parkway, Spain Brook Parkway and Interstate 87 offer quick travel. For commuters, nearby trains and highways can have you downtown New York City in approximately 40 minutes.

The public schools in the Lawrence Park neighborhood and surrounding area are operated and managed by the Yonkers Public School District. Though no schools are directly located in the Lawrence Park neighborhood, besides Sarah Lawrence College, there are many great options within minutes of the area.

Patricia A. DiChiaro School is a primary school under 5 minutes from the Lawrence Park neighborhood. Located on Bronxville Road, Patricia A. DiChiaro offers education from pre kindergarten through grade 5. There are approximately 550 students who attend the school and enjoy a safe and welcoming environment that fosters a love for learning.

The area middle school is Bronxville Middle which is home to just over 400 students. According to schooldigger.com, Bronxville Middle ranks 42nd out of almost 1,500 schools in the state. In 2019, the school ranked higher than 97.1% of middle schools in New York. Students from grade 6 through 8 are challenged through a range of courses and can participate in a range of extracurricular activities.

Lincoln High School provides education for students from grades 9 through grade 12. Featuring a wide selection of courses and classes, students are encouraged to learn and grow academically as well as personally.
