Multi-family homes in Westchester County start at a reasonable of $130,000, for smaller and/or properties that need renovations, and up to $3,200,000 for full buildings.

Most of the inventory are priced between $500,000 to $1 million. Larger properties will cost upwards of $1,000,000 but may give you better returns and situated in a more popular location.
